		<description>I think there was a Barber College on the east side close to the Coney Island.  Went there once in the  mid 60s when I was 16 and working at Myers Brothers. They asked me if I minded if a &quot;colored &quot; guy cut my hair.  Said no.  Got a got a good cut from a good guy. What were they thinking?</description>

		<description>Looks like this pic is in front of the old Coney Island and Lincoln Square tavern.  Both very earthy places.  My father was a Spfld Police Officer covering the downtown night beat.  He used to take me to the Coney Island for lunch.  I&#039;ve spent about 20 minutes in the last 2 years in Spfld.  Looking forward to seeing how things have changed.</description>
