		<description>There&#039;s Betty&#039;s Wigs and fashions! Man those were the days. This was before hair salons really took off.Right across the street was another store called Wigs. I believe it was roughly between the early 60&#039;s and late 70&#039;s when there wasn&#039;t a whole lot of time for hair. I might be mistaken, but at the time Springfield was rated one of the top ten destinations in the midwest for wig shopping. If you were hungry after that you could drive to Champaign, the pizza capital of Illinois.</description>
