My great-uncle Dr. Franklin Maurer owned a home right here on the northeast corner where the drive in bank is now. This would have been the view from his front porch, of the Cadillac dealership. He died in 1953, I imagine the house was torn down in the 1960s.

Not much has changed in this one. Jack Stoldt’s is still there. The trees are a little bigger.
