TRACIE: THIS HOME IS ON THE HISTORICAL REGISTER FOR ITS ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE. WE HAVE DONE REAL ESTATE APPRAISALS ON MOST OF THE BUILDINGS IN THE PICTURES I HAVE SEEN SO FAR. WISH I HAD ALL THE OLD FILES.
Addendum: It was the Weber house and was a nursing home for a long time before Nanchen Scully and her husband bought it and attempted a restoration. I believe Betty and Gene Gerber purchased it and subsequently sold it to Patrick who owns Incredibly Delicious.
Does anyone know the history of this hime?
